The Bynum Front Porch is available for community use for events such as meetings, birthday, anniversaries or other parties, and events. Please keep the following in mind as you request use of the store:
- Alcohol is prohibited in the store or on the property.
- Events should not begin before 9am and must be finished before 9pm.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your event and for any damage that may occur.
- The store is free to use for Bynum residents. Nearby community members wishing to use the store will be charged a $50 rental fee.
